Education is an inner strength that makes an Individual feel delighted. Every person is a result of his education and education is the essence of environment. Here at Shyam Tara Public College, education is steered by the self-motivated teachers, who exhibit real spirit of teaching. Teaching is not only imparting of knowledge but also grooming by involving and invoking. We are making new wide panoramic view, formulating much needed strategies for making of young minds.

Our performance will prove our knowledge assets and outstanding output. We feel that value- based education is very much important to make sensitive character, true citizenship for a better society in which we live and we assure to practice this in our institution. It's generally seen that if it is missed in a student's life, he/she hardly gets the way towards good direction. Such virtues can be cultivated in the very beginning of a student's life. Our efforts are put in this way.

These virtues can be instilled effectively into students through basic education and development programmes. यह बताते में हर्ष की अनुभूति हो रही है कि श्याम तारा पब्लिक कॉलेज एक विशेष उद्देश्य को लेकर खोला गया है। मुख्य बात यह है कि शिक्षा गुणवत्ता परक होनी चाहिए। शहर से दूर वह शिक्षा अक्सर बच्चों को नहीं मिल पाती है जिसकी आज के संदर्भ में आवश्यकता है। शिक्षा व्यक्ति के जीवन से प्रत्यक्ष और अप्रत्यक्ष दोनों रूपों से जुड़ी हुई है। शिक्षा में गुणवत्ता लाना बहुत आवश्यक है और गुणवत्ता कोई एक दिन का प्रयोजन नहीं है। यदि मूल्यांकन किया जाए तो यह पता चलेगा कि ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में रहने वाले बच्चे किसी से कम प्रतिभावान नहीं हैं, बस उनको और बेहतर अवसर मिलना चाहिए। मैं इस बात को भलीभांति जानती हूँ कि यदि ग्रामीण अंचल में गुणवत्ता-परक शिक्षा को बढ़ावा दिया जाए तो हमारे देश की प्रतिभाएं पूरी दुनिया को चमत्कृत कर सकती हैं। भारतीय प्रतिभाओं का इतिहास जगजाहिर है। इन्हीं सारभूत विचारों के साथ श्याम तारा पब्लिक कॉलेज की शुरुआत की गई, जहाँ बच्चों का शैक्षिक, नैतिक, आध्यात्मिक व चारित्रिक विकास निःसंदेह रूप से आने वाले समय में परिलक्षित होगा। विद्यालय प्रबंध तंत्र का यह संकल्प है कि क्षेत्र की आवश्यकतानुसार गुणवत्ता में लगातार वृद्धि की जाएगी। श्याम तारा पब्लिक कॉलेज, शिक्षा में नए एवं व्यापक दृष्टिकोण – रणनीतियों को बना कर काम कर रहा है। अध्यापकों, कक्षा में अपनाई जाने वाली कार्यविधियों, बच्चों में ज्ञान का मूल्यांकन एवं निर्धारण, विद्यालयी संरचना, प्रभावशीलता एवं सामाजिक प्रतिस्पर्धिता से सम्बंधित सकारात्मक कार्यों को लगातार किया जा रहा है। आप सभी के सहयोग एवं हम सबके सार्थक प्रयासों से हमारे क्षेत्र की प्रतिभाएं शासन–प्रशासन, मेडिकल, इंजीनियरिंग, सेना, न्याय, वाणिज्य एवं अन्य सभी क्षेत्रों में उच्च पदों पर पहुँच कर अपनी प्रतिभा का परचम लहराएंगी, इस विश्वास के साथ हम सब काम कर रहे हैं।
